Both the Fuji Crystal Archive C Type and Hahnemühle Giclée paper meet archival quality standards and are excellent choices for achieving the desired results.

PRINTING PROCESS1. C-type digital photo printing C-type digital photo printing involves a computer-controlled process where lasers or LEDs are used to expose the paper, replacing the traditional bulb. The subsequent steps of the process remain largely unchanged: the paper is developed in a photographic developer, followed by bleach fix and a thorough wash to remove processing chemicals. When properly framed and maintained, C-type prints can maintain their quality for over 100 years. 2. Giclée Giclée prints are known for their archival qualities. Giclée printers utilize high-quality, fade-resistant, and archival pigment-based inks. When these inks are applied to top-notch archival substrates such as the acid-free Rag papers from Hahnemühle, which we use at theprintspace, the result is an unparalleled archival lifespan of over 100 years.

PROTECTION & SHIPPINGYour fine art prints are carefully covered with recyclable tissue paper, eliminating the danger of any scratches or folds. Then its placed into a robust 100% sustainably sourced recyclable cardboard envelope or tube.

DELIVERY TIMEEstimated delivery dates are 5-10 working days world wide, depending on shipping address and customs and on a best-endeavours basis. We cannot control and are not responsible for any extra customs or import charges made by local governments.

DAMAGES AND RETURNSIf any damage occurs during shipping, please promptly take photos of the damage and of the tube / box - contact us via email at info@vtpcollections.com. We handle each return request on an individual basis, taking into consideration the specific circumstances. COMMISSIONED WORKCommissioned artwork will bear the artist's hand written signature and a unique numbering and stamping, accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity. Non-commissioned art will feature a digital signature and unique digital stamp and numbering, which will match exactly on the certificate of authenticity accompanying the print.

This decision is primarily aimed at ensuring convenient and efficient shipping, as well as offering customers greater flexibility for customisation.
